Features of Jai Bhim Chief Minister Pratibha Vikas Yojana

• Under this scheme, the beneficiaries can get free coaching facility for competitive exams like IIT or Engineering, Medical Pre and Mains, UPSC, Railway, Banking, SSC etc.
• In this scheme, the state government has included 8 famous coaching institutes of the state, in which this facility is being provided.
• Let us tell you that in this scheme, such beneficiary students and students whose family’s annual income is Rs. 2 lakh or less, they will get this facility free of cost. If the annual income of the family is between 2 to 8 lakhs, then the government will pay 75%, 25% will have to be given by the beneficiary himself. But if the beneficiary is not able to pass the exam in the first time, then he will have to pay 50% to get the coaching facility for the second time and 50% will be paid by the government.
• In this scheme, the structure of coaching fees has been fixed separately on the basis of different courses.
• In this scheme, earlier the beneficiary used to get a total benefit of Rs 40,000, but now there will be a benefit of Rs 1.5 lakh. That is, in this scheme, the beneficiaries who give the pre and mains examination of civil service or state civil service will get assistance of up to Rs 1.5 lakh.
• If the beneficiaries are pursuing engineering or medical courses, they will get an assistance of Rs 1 lakh, for bank related exams Rs 50,000, apart from this Rs 25,000 for SSC exams.
• Apart from this, let us also tell you that till now this facility was being given only for 4 months of coaching, but now it has been increased to 12 months.
• Till now the benefit of this scheme was being given to 4,000 beneficiaries, but its number has been increased.

Eligibility in Jai Bhim Chief Minister Pratibha Vikas Yojana

• The family income of the beneficiary should be less than Rs.8 lakh.
• Special facility is being given to those with income less than 2 lakhs in this scheme.
• The benefit of this scheme is to be given to scheduled castes, tribes, minorities and disabled people. However, it has also been announced that needy people of all castes will get this facility.
• Boys and girls studying in schools of Delhi only will get the benefit of this.
